Luke Williams

Owner/CEO/Arborist

Luke attended the University of Connecticut where he graduated in 1987 with degrees in macroeconomics and French. Luke received his Connecticut Arborist License in 1988. Luke is currently the CEO of Total Tree Care, formally Cheshire Tree Service, but also works as an arborist sales representative. Luke has been a member of the Connecticut Tree Protective Association during 1991 to 2000 and served as president in 1998

Kevin Donovan

President/COO

Kevin received a bachelor of science degree in Economics with a minor in business administration from Geneva College. He holds over 20 years of extensive sales, marketing, and operational experience in the consumer product industry. Kevin was first hired as a consultant for Total Tree Care, but he was soon asked to serve as President/Chief Operating Officer for the company and since has implemented much growth and positive change for Total Tree Care.

Mike Kennedy

Arborist Representative

Mike graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Horticulture in 1971. He received his Connecticut Arborist License in 1971 and licenses for Connecticut Ornamental and Turf, and Right of Way in 1972. Mike’s primary role with Total Tree Care is as an arborist sales representative.

Robert Staib

Arborist Representative

Rob graduated from Paul Smith College, New York, with a bachelors of science in urban forestry in 2001. Rob obtained his Connecticut Arborist License in 2006 and has been in the tree care industry for over 10 years. Rob works as an arborist sales representative for Total Tree Care.
