Total Tree Care is proud to welcome Robert Staib, CT Licensed Arborist, to our team!

Robert Staib is a dynamic arborist representative with over ten years of experience in the tree care industry. He has demonstrated a pure understanding and devotion to customers’ needs and wants as well as maintaining a positive, outgoing attitude at all times. Mr. Staib’s excellent collaborative and interpersonal communication skills coupled with his ability to thrive in challenging environments and manage multiple assignments with tight deadlines has aided him well when interacting with customers, co-workers, and partners.

In 2001, Mr. Staib graduated from Paul Smith College, New York, with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Forestry. He excelled in school and ultimately graduated with a cumulative GPA of 3.5. Mr. Staib was hired by Bombaci Tree Experts, Essex, where he worked as an arborist from 2002 to 2006. His work responsibilities included climbing, pruning, cabling, fertilizing, and take down experience.

After spending four years with Bombaci, in 2006, Mr. Staib received his State of Connecticut Arborist License and began working as a sales arborists at Savatree in Old Saybrook. During the five years spent with Savatree, Mr. Staib obtained knowledge for plant health, tree, and lawn care. He also learned how to handle all customers’ requests in a timely fashion and worked diligently to set up a plan of action for all tree and shrub insect and disease issues.

We look forward to watching Robert continue to grow within the tree care industry as well as getting to know all his customers. Mr. Staib will be contacting his Total Tree Care and Total Lawn Care customers in the coming months to formally introduce himself and answer any questions or plant health concerns they may have.
